How to start a return
1 · Email care@lemonvibrator.com
Include your order number and the item you'd like to return. You can also start a return from your account page; both routes hit the same support team.
2 · Receive a prepaid label
We'll email a UPS prepaid label within one business day. Drop the package at any UPS counter — no printer required if you use the QR code option.
3 · Get refunded
Once your return is scanned by UPS, we initiate the refund within 24 hours. The amount lands back on your original payment method in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email care@lemonvibrator.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately and a prepaid label for the original. You will not be charged twice.
